Outside space: the villa is on a 13-hectare estate surrounded by the Sierra Tramuntana mountains with orange, lemon, grapefruit, olive trees and a few visiting sheep! There are various terraces, shaded pergolas, lush lawns and Mediterranean planting, there’s even a seasonal vegetable garden too. The swimming pool at Villa Rafaella has stunning sea views and is surrounded by a terrace where you can relax on sunbeds under the shade of parasols.
Parking: is available in the private driveway with covered parking for two cars.

Sleeping arrangements
The luxurious accommodation includes four comfortable bedrooms all with air-conditioning, TVs and en-suite bathrooms equipped with Kiehl’s bath products.
Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 are on the first floor and Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor.
Master bedroom: with a four-poster queen-size bed, dressing room and private sea-facing terrace with sun loungers and a table. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower.
Bedroom 2: with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower.
Bedroom 3: with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower.
Bedroom 4: on the ground floor, with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower.
On request the ground floor study can be set up as a twin bedroom and a cot is available on request.
Location
Villa Rafaella is located a short drive from the nearest town of Deià where you’ll find all your local amenities and some of the best restaurants on the island.
Beach in reach
It’s a 15 minute drive down to iconic Cala Deià with it’s rocky beach, clear waters and must visit restaurant Cas Patro March. The two family-friendly sandy beaches of Port Sóller are 20 minutes drive away.
The journey to Palma and the airport will take approximately 50 minutes.
