Living space: in complete harmony with its surroundings the villa certainly has the wow factor on arrival. Built in a traditional style from local stone and natural materials it’s tastefully furnished with elegant décor and a relaxed Mediterranean style. The living accommodation is distributed over three floors with the main wooden doors leading to an impressive entry hall on the ground floor. To the right is a cool, classy and comfortable living room with cream sofas, an impressive stone fireplace, Sonos music system and wooden library shelves lining one wall. To the left is a guest toilet and the fully equipped modern kitchen where your private chef will cater to your every whim and serve you deliciously memorable meals. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and a twin children’s bedroom. On the lower ground floor there’s a walk-through lounge area with comfy sofas, a Smart Apple TV, a guest bathroom and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to either side of the house.

Outside space: enter the main gates to a walled garden planted with lavender which leads to the main entrance with it’s impressive wooden doors. The main terrace on the ground floor wraps around the house with a comfortable shaded lounge area and a wooden dining table with seating for up to ten guests where meals are served by your private chef. There’s also plenty of space to work-out or position your yoga mats for morning sun salutations.

Swimming pool: the heavenly swimming pool is reached by a stone staircase leading down from the main terrace. Flanked by numerous sunbeds and parasols, it’s an idyllic spot to soak up the sun against an insta-worthy backdrop of blue skies, cyprus pines and mountains. The adjacent lawn is also the perfect place for little ones to play or older kids to enjoy a game of table tennis.

You can explore the surrounding area on foot with winding paths that lead through the shaded pine forests where you’ll see the old carbon makers stone ovens and for sure come across the wild mountain goats.

At the villa there’s plenty of games, table tennis, yoga equipment and free weights to keep you fit and entertained whilst on holiday.

Parking: there’s plenty of space for parking in the private driveway.

The villa is impeccably maintained with daily housekeeping, cleaning and laundry requests all included.

Daily breakfast is freshly prepared and served every morning of your stay including a selection of teas, coffee, cereals, fruit salad, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, fresh bread, local pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Your private chef will look after the little ones by making an early children’s supper when dinner is being provided.

Champagne and pre-dinner canapes are served when dinner is being provided.

There’s a complimentary bar including unlimited wines, cava, international and local spirits, beers, soft drinks, juices, mixers and waters which can all be stocked according to your specific preferences.
