Living space: the open-plan layout on the ground floor of the villa is spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning throughout. There’s a large family living room with comfy sofas, fireplace and Apple TV with sliding glass doors leading to the terraces and garden. Walk through the dining room to reach the fully equipped modern kitchen where your private chef will cook up deliciously memorable dishes. Two double bedrooms are to be found on the ground floor with two more upstairs. On the lower ground floor where you’ll find the playroom and gym there’s an additional children’s snug with a wall mounted TV.

Outside space:  the main terrace, dotted with blooming terracotta pots, wraps around the villa and is reached through sliding glass doors leading from the living room. There’s a wooden dining table with seating for up to eight guests where meals are served by your private chef and a comfortable lounge area including a rattan day bed. The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with mature trees, ornamental shrubs and lush lawns. Tucked away to the side of the house is the purpose built outdoor kitchen with a traditional charcoal barbecue. There’s also a trampoline, sand pit and swing ball set to keep the youngsters entertained. On the first floor there’s an additional rooftop terrace for those seeking a bit of private sunbathing space.

Swimming pool: the dreamy pool which has been designed with child safety in mind has integrated steps and can be fenced to keep the little one’s safe. It’s flanked by sunbeds with a cool shady chill-out lounge at one end which looks spectacular lit up at night. Length 12m x 5m (depth 1.2m-1.7m). The pool can be heated on request.

Gym: on the lower floor the fitness suite has an exercise area with yoga mats, weights, running and cycling equipment.

Playroom: there’s a large dedicated children’s play room on the lower ground floor filled with toys and games to keep the little ones entertained.

Parking: there’s plenty of space for parking in the private driveway.
