Living space: this classy Mediterranean villa is elegantly yet comfortably furnished throughout with marble floors and an exotic mix of contemporary art and Asian antiques. The open plan living space includes a bright and comfortable lounge area with sea views from all windows, a TV and a feature gas fireplace for cooler months. There’s a modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen which leads to the bright interior dining area with views on all sides from the large panoramic windows and access to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The sauna comes complete with a sea view and the fitness area has all the essentials to keep you in trim.
Outside space: there are several terraces on each level with all day sunshine, spectacular sea views and some of the best sunsets on the island. The wooden decked main terrace has an insta-worthy infinity pool, shaped like the bow of a boat and a heated jacuzzi, ideally situated for sipping sundowners as you watch the last rays disappear behind Isla Dragonera. There’s a breakfast terrace and a top level al fresco dining terrace with a gas barbecue and a rustic wooden table with seating for up to 12 guests. The swimming pool is heated to a comfortable 27 degrees and if extra heating is required this can be arranged in advance on request. There are 6 rattan sunbeds with parasols from where to soak up the sun, a Bali bed and chill out area with comfy lounge chairs.
Parking: there’s covered parking for 2 cars in the private driveway and electric charging points.

Sleeping arrangements
All six double bedrooms have black-out curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep, TVs and Sonos, air-conditioning and underfloor heating.
Master bedroom 1: the spacious top floor suite has a king size bed, lounge and dressing area and two private terraces with spectacular sea views to choose from. The en-suite bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Master bedroom 2: a spacious suite on the main floor with a king size bed and access to a semi private covered terrace leading to the main breakfast terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: is accessed from the main terrace and has a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4: on the main floor, with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and twin vanity unit.
Bedrooms 5 & 6: located in the garden apartments each with a separate entrance. Both cosy double bedrooms have a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Location
Villa La Vista is located a few minutes drive from the port where you’ll find all your local amenities and some great options for dining out in the many chic bars, cafés and restaurants.
Beach in reach
Camp de Mar is the nearest sandy beach, approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa with a gorgeous insta-worthy island restaurant. The nearest beach club is Gran Folies set on the rocks in beautiful Cala Llamp which makes for an idyllic spot to enjoy long lunches and lazy days to night! Further west is the low key resort of Sant Elm with a sandy beach and some good options for dining out including some of our favourite fish restaurants.
The journey to Palma and the airport will take approximately 30 minutes.
