The expansive open plan living space includes a bright and comfortable lounge area with sea views from all windows, a TV and a feature gas fireplace for cooler months. The modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances and has all you could need for entertaining or cooking up a storm with friends and family including a large wine bodega. The adjoining dining area has a wooden table with seating for up to twelve guests and has views on all sides from the large panoramic windows and access to the main terrace and swimming pool. All floors can be accessed by elevator.
Outside space: there are several terraces on each level with all day sunshine, show-stopping sea views and some of the best sunsets on the island. The main pool terrace is a sociable communal space, including a covered lounge area, an alfresco dining table with seating for up to twelve guests, remote controlled sunshades to ensure you have as much or as little of the sun as you require and a summer kitchen with a gas barbecue, where you and your entourage can gather for sundowners and enjoy dining under the stars. The show-stopping 15 x 5 metre infinity pool is a mix of salt and chlorine and is heated to a comfortable 28 degrees. Poolside are six sunbeds with parasols a Bali bed and a lush lawn, alongside you’ll find the heated jacuzzi, perfectly positioned for enjoying sunset views. Additional heating requests on demand. There’s also a baby football table and table tennis table on the main terrace to keep everyone entertained.
Sauna & Gym: the lower terrace level accommodates the spa area with a sauna, gym with Technogym fitness equipment and shower room.
Parking: there’s a steep driveway with covered parking for 2 cars and a rotating turntable.

The villa offers six double bedrooms all with TVs, music systems and en-suite bathrooms. There’s air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout with personal settings available in each room operated by iPad and at bedtime automated blackout blinds ensure for a good night’s sleep.
Master bedroom 1: on the top entrance level, with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in raindrop shower, dressing room and terrace with sea and sunset views.
Master bedroom 2: on the top entrance level, with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in raindrop shower, dressing room and private terrace with sea views.
Bedroom 3: on the main floor with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in raindrop shower and direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom 4: located on the pool terrace, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a raindrop shower.
Bedroom 5: located up a flight of stairs from the pool terrace, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a raindrop shower. There’s a private entrance and no direct access to the main villa.
Bedroom 6: the lowest level houses an apartment with a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with a raindrop shower, a kitchen, small lounge and direct access to a sea-facing terrace. There’s a private entrance and no direct access to the main villa.

Beach in reach
Camp de Mar is the nearest sandy beach, approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa with a gorgeous insta-worthy island restaurant. The nearest beach club, a mere 3 minutes drive from the villa, is Gran Folies set on the rocks making an idyllic spot to enjoy long lunches and lazy days to night! Further west is the low key resort of Sant Elm with views towards Isla Dragonera, a sandy beach and some good options for dining out.
The journey to Palma and the airport will take approximately 40 minutes.
