Living space: the villa has been furnished to the highest of standards with calming comfortable interiors featuring contemporary artwork, Asian antiques and floor to ceiling windows which flood the living areas with natural light. The entrance has an impressive double height atrium leading to the main hall and open plan living space. The large and light filled living room is comfortably furnished with neutral sofas, TV, a fireplace for cooler months, a bar area and exposed ceiling beams. The modern, fully fitted and equipped kitchen has all you could need for entertaining or cooking up a storm with friends and family including a large wine cooler. The dining area has a large wooden table with seating for up to 12 people. All floors can be accessed by elevator.
Outside space: the large sun drenched main terrace leads from the interior living space with a comfortable lounge area and a wooden dining table under cover of the porch. Stone steps lead to the lower terrace where you’ll find the heated jacuzzi and infinity pool with a lap machine. Poolside are 12 sunbeds with parasols and a lush lawn. Continue down the steps and on the lower level, there’s a special terrain for playing petanque.
Sauna & Gym: on the lower floor the fitness and spa suite has a Finnish sauna and walk-in double shower, a small kitchen and exercise area with yoga mats, weights, running and cycling equipment.
Parking: there’s covered parking for 2 cars in the private garage.

Sleeping arrangements
All six double bedrooms have black out curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep, TVs, Sonos, air-conditioning and underfloor heating.
Master bedroom: on the first floor, bright and spacious with a super king size bed, a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom including a bathtub with sea views and a walk-in shower, double vanity unit and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: on the first floor, with a queen size bed and a small private terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity unit, heated towel rail and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: on the first floor, with a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, heated towel rail and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4: on the ground floor, with a king size bed and access to a wooden decked terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 5 & 6: in the guest apartment on the lower ground floor level with a private terrace and separate access from the main house. Both double bedrooms have queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. They share a small fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with TV.
Location
The villa is only 5 minutes drive from the port where you’ll find all your local amenities and some great options for dining out in the many chic bars, cafés and restaurants.
Beach in reach
Camp de Mar is the nearest sandy beach, approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa with a gorgeous insta-worthy island restaurant. The nearest beach club is only 6 minutes drive from the villa and is set on the rocks overlooking beautiful Cala Llamp which makes for an idyllic spot to enjoy long lunches and lazy days to night. Further west is the low key resort of Sant Elm with a sandy beach, spectacular views towards the island of Dragonera and some good options for dining out.
The journey to Palma and the airport will take approximately 30 minutes.
