Finca Only Summer villa rental in Mallorca is a boho-luxe rural retreat tucked away in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside only five minutes drive from the nearest market town of Llubi where you’ll find all your local amenities and some lovely options for dining out.

Living space: the interior design is a dreamy mix of natural materials, concrete floors, rich textiles, pops of colour and exotic Morrocan-inspired accessories. The large open plan kitchen, living and dining area have floor to ceiling windows leading to the shaded porch surrounding the main house with its hand-planned hickory wood flooring and hanging sea grass lights. It’s furnished with comfortable armchairs, low tables, floor cushions and lanterns making it the picture perfect chill out zone.

Outside space: for alfresco dining there’s a purpose built outdoor barbecue area and fire pit with the dining table positioned beneath a wooden pergola woven with hanging lamps and surrounded by aromatic plants. The sprawling estate has horse paddocks, a yoga platform for your sun salutations and a Petanque court, bee hives, olive groves, citrus orchards, medicinal and aromatic planting and an organic garden from where you can enjoy fresh vegetables and herbs picked daily. The 9m x 3.5m freshwater pool is lined with green Moroccan tiles and is surrounded by sun loungers with reed parasols, perfect for providing poolside shade. The swimming pool can be heated at an extra charge of €400 per week.

Parking: there’s covered parking for up to four cars in the private driveway.
