There’s a sun-drenched terrace with fantastic views and the impressive infinity pool (15.5m x 2.5m). The pool can be heated on request (additional cost applies) and has a glass side which offers excellent insta-worthy photo opportunities!
Parking: on the lower level of the villa you’ll find the garage, with parking for several cars, which could be featured in a James Bond movie! From here an elevator takes you up into the house, making it ideal for guests who are less mobile (the elevator gives access to all floors of the villa).

Bedroom 1: on the first floor with bunk beds, access to the family bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: on the second floor, with a double bed and a shared terrace with bedroom 3. Views to the bay of Pollença. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: on the second floor, with a double bed and a shared terrace with bedroom 2. Views to the bay of Pollença. En-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath tub and walk-in shower.
Master bedroom: on the second floor, with a king size bed a private terrace with views to the bay of Pollença. En-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath tub and walk-in shower.
Location
The stunning sandy beaches and turquoise sea at Cala Sant Vicenç are not to be missed and for water sport enthusiasts head to the sandy beach of Puerto Pollença with its shady promenade lined with restaurants and cafés. Playa de Formentor is a picture perfect stretch of white sand set along the dramatic coastline of Cap Formentor and Playa de Muro in the bay of Alcudia is home to Ponderosa Beach.
The journey to Palma and the airport will take approximately 45 minutes.
