Built in a traditional Mallorcan style from local stone the villa feels calm, cool and uncluttered thanks to its soft limestone floors, whitewashed walls, neutral décor and simple wooden furniture. The open-plan layout gives it a free-flowing feel, drawing you onto the spacious terraces and into the gardens, where you’ll find the mosaic-tiled pool and tennis court.

Living space: the villa is fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout. The spacious open plan living area has two large sofas and a wooden dining table with seating for up to 10 people. There’s also a separate TV room off to the side. The modern country kitchen is fully equipped for your private chef to make you memorable meals throughout your stay.

Outside space: the villa sits on a private country estate with the area immediately surrounding the house covered by lush lawns with Mediterranean planting. The rest of the land has a more wild feel, particularly the hill behind the house, which is covered in evergreen oaks. Accessed directly from the living area, the large covered terrace has an alfresco dining area with a wooden table with seating for up to 10 people where meals are served by your private chef. There’s also a comfortable seating area with relaxing views overlooking the gardens.

Swimming pool: sat just beyond the covered terrace, the 16-metre mosaic-tiled pool is surrounded by wooden decking with sun loungers, parasols and a day-bed.

Tennis court: the all weather tennis court is located to the side of the house, just across from the pool. Table tennis is also available.

Parking: there’s plenty of space for parking in the private driveway.

The villa is impeccably maintained with daily housekeeping, cleaning and laundry requests all included.

Daily breakfast is freshly prepared and served on the outdoor dining table every morning of your stay including a selection of teas, coffee, cereals, fruit salad, yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses, fresh bread, local pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Your private chef will look after the little ones by making an early children’s supper when dinner is being provided.

Champagne and pre-dinner canapes are served when dinner is being provided.
