Four water features, two streams and ponds bring the garden to life and add to the tranquillity and calmness of this very special location. The main shaded terrace has a feature table made from local stone with seating for up to eight people that’s ideal for alfresco dining. The other is furnished with comfy wicker lounge furniture and is just the spot for pre-lunch or sundowner drinks.
Swimming pool: the mosaic lined swimming pool has a terracotta tiled surround with sun loungers and parasols from where to bliss out and soak up the sun with a backdrop of glorious countryside views.

Sleeping arrangements
The villa offers four delightful double bedrooms, all with TVs and en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: is situated on the ground floor having access straight onto the terraces at the front of the house with very nice views over the surrounding countryside. It has fully fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, and a double feature bed. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and bath.
Bedroom 2: is on the first floor at the front of the house. It has glorious countryside views and features a double sleigh bed, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath.
Bedroom 3: is the Master Bedroom. It has a large covered balcony with a seating area for relaxing or taking in the magnificent views, air-conditioning, a feature gas fireplace, walk-through dressing room and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4: is at the back of the house, it is not air-conditioned but there’s a free standing fan available. It contains a feature double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has very nice views over the extensive gardens.

Beach in Reach
Once on the motorway head north where you can choose from some of the best beaches on the island.
The low key resort of Cala Sant Vicenç with its three small bays and crystal blue waters is ideal for families with small children and for snorkeling enthusiasts. The long golden stretch of sand at Playa de Muro is where you’ll find Ponderosa Beach Club and plenty of watersports on offer.
Distance to airport
The drive to and from Palma and the airport should take approximately 35 minutes.
