You can take leisurely strolls along the idyllic winding pathways of this lovingly tended countryside estate which is planted with vineyards and dotted with olive, almond and fruit trees. The freshwater pool, which can be heated on request, is flanked by wooden decking with numerous sun loungers, parasols and a day-bed where you can relax and soak up the sweeping views towards the Bay of Alcudia.
Tennis court: the shared artificial grass court is located at the lowest part of the estate but still has great views for you to enjoy before your next smash serve. Rackets and balls are provided and private lessons can be arranged with a local tennis instructor.
Parking: there’s plenty of parking space, including covered parking for two cars.

Sleeping arrangements
All five bedrooms have air-conditioning, underfloor heating, TVs and are provided with comfortable Schramm beds with crisp cotton linens. The bedrooms can all be configured as doubles or twins as you require, simply let us know prior to your arrival.
Bedroom 1: the master bedroom is on the ground floor with a beamed ceiling, floral feature wall and a walk-in wardrobe. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious double rain-shower with backlit quartz.

Location
Can Vi Baix is walking distance from the sleepy village of Moscari where you’ll find a bakery and a couple of local eateries in the main square. For larger supermarkets you can reach Inca in 10 minutes where they also hold a popular weekly market every Thursday.
Beach in reach
For some of the best beaches head north where you’ll find the low key resort of Cala Sant Vicenç with its three small bays and crystal blue waters, ideal for families with small children and for snorkelling enthusiasts. The long golden stretch of sand at Playa de Muro has some great beach clubs and plenty of water sports on offer. If you prefer your beaches on the wild side then Son Serra de Marina is not to be missed and horse riding through the sand dunes along this stunning stretch of coastline can be organised in advance through our concierge services.
The journey to Palma and the airport will take approximately 40 minutes.
