There’s ample space for entertaining and relaxing outdoors, with a chill out area outside the living room, as well as an alfresco dining area and barbecue. On the lower ground floor there’s a media room with a fully-equipped bar and a football table. There’s also a fitness suite on this floor with a cross trainer, treadmill, workout bench and yoga mats. Sliding doors lead to a small private terrace with mountain views.
Outside space: the villa is surrounded by terraces and lush gardens manicured in a classic Mediterranean style. The infinity swimming pool is lined with plentiful sun loungers and parasols. On request, the swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge.
Parking: there’s a garage on the lower ground floor level with space for two cars.

Each of the villa’s six double bedrooms have air-conditioning, TVs and en-suite bathrooms, several have mountain views or open onto a terrace or balcony.
Master bedroom: with a king size bed has floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides and 180-degree views of the surrounding sea and mountains. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower and twin sinks.
Bedroom 2: with a king size bed and direct access to a shared pool-view terrace with two sun loungers and wicker armchairs. Across the corridor, a private bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower and twin sinks.
Bedroom 3: with a king size bed and access to a private balcony. the large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and bath tub.
Bedroom 4: with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 5: with a king size bed and access to private terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Casa Bella is located 10 minutes drive from the port where you’ll find all your local amenities and some great options for dining out in the many chic bars, cafés and restaurants.
Beach in reach
The secluded pebble beach of Cala Llamp is five minutes away by car where you’ll find Beach Club Gran Folies, perched on the cliff side with a saltwater pool and restaurant. Sandy, family-friendly Camp de Mar beach is 10 minutes by car with an insta-worthy island restaurant.
The journey to Palma and the airport will take approximately 40 minutes.
