Sa Possessió villa rental in Mallorca is a stately manor house dating from the 17th century. The honey-hued stone house is set within extensive grounds of landscaped Mediterranean gardens ensuring that guests are guaranteed the utmost peace and privacy.
Living space: the interiors have been restored to their former opulence, preserving the traditional features, and adding all the modern comforts you could possibly need. The main communal areas include a vast and elegant living room lined with tasteful artworks and dotted with unique vintage treasures. Patio doors lead to the large wrap around terrace where the al fresco dining table and chairs are laid out under retractable shades. For cooler months there’s a traditional and elegant dining room with a fireplace and seating for up to 16 guests. Alongside the traditional Mallorcan kitchen, complete with winter snug, you’ll be glad to know there’s also a well equipped modern kitchen perfect for catering to large numbers and our visiting private chefs. For celebrations and events there’s also an additional catering kitchen in the basement.
Outside space: the extensive manicured grounds of Sa Possessió guarantee absolute peace and privacy and guests have an array of exterior spaces to choose from; for curling up with a good book, catching a quiet siesta or socialising and sundowners. Not to be missed is the charming and intimate family chapel. The sunken swimming pool is surrounded by lush lawns and is away from the main house meaning it can also be fenced off for little ones. There are sun terraces on two levels with a pool house on the upper level with a chill-out area, bathroom and summer kitchen. On the lower level you can relax on sunbeds poolside under the shade of parasols.

Sleeping arrangements
There’s air-conditioning and TVs in all bedrooms.
Master bedroom: with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Bedroom 2: with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the main terrace.
Bedroom 3: with the option of a double bed or twins, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Bedroom 4: with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 5: with the option of a double bed or twins and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and dressing room. There are views over the patio. This bedroom is attached to the main house, but has separate access.
Bedroom 6: with the option of a double bed or twins and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and dressing room. There are also views over the patio. This bedroom is attached to the main house, but has separate access.
Bedrooms 7, 8 and 9: at the top of the house in the old attic space each bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note that the stairs to these bedrooms are quite steep and are therefore not suitable for unaccompanied young children or those with mobility issues.

Sa Possessió is located 5 minutes drive from the nearest town of Porreres where you’ll find all all your local amenities and some good options for dining out.
Beach in reach
Head south and you’ll reach the golden sands of Es Trenc within 35 minutes drive, undoubtedly one the the best beaches on the island. Alternatively, if you choose to head north then you can be dining at Ponderosa Beach on Playa de Muro within 40 minutes drive.
The journey to Palma and the airport should take approximately 40 minutes.
